Chairman of the BoardTiana RAMPARANY RAMANARIVOSOA is the National Coordinator of the Inclusive Finance within the Ministry of Finance of Madagascar. She has a background in the economic, financial and accounting domains. Knowing the reality of the Malagasy population through diverse missions on the ground, in particular in rural areas, she continues to contribute with several stakeholders to promote access of the vulnerable populations to the financial services.
Rajeriarison
Patricia Rajeriarison is a Senior consultant in tourism and private sector development. Patricia Rajeriarison has nearly 30 years of experience in public policy development, private investment projects, tourism and hospitality in particular, and in institutional support, in Madagascar, in the Indian Ocean and in Africa. She also contributes to the development of women’s football in Africa and around the world, for the effective emancipation of women as full players and actors in football.
Honoré is a freelance consultant in legal, judicial, public law, private law, etc. He continued his studies at the University of Jean Molin Lion to obtain the PhD Doctorate in Business law. Honoré has been Chairman of the Business Law Reform Commission at the Ministry of Justice since 2012. He is member of the Adoption Advisory Committee at the Central Adoption Agency of the Ministry of Population. He is former Professor of environmental law at the University of Antananarivo as well as the Catholic University of Madagascar.
Ratsirarson
AdministratorJoelisoa Ratsirarson is a Professor of Forestry and Environmental Studies at the School of Agronomy of the University of Antananarivo (ESSA). He is an Associate Research Scientist in the Anthropology Department of Yale University (USA). He is former Vice-President of the University of Antananarivo and former Secretary General of the Ministry of the Environment. He was Chairman of the Board of ESSA, the National Office for the Environment (ONE), among others. He is not only a former Research Fellow of the School of Forestry at Yale University (USA) but also the Zoology Department of the University of Cambridge (England).
Rasoavahiny
AdministratorLaurette H. Rasoavahiny is an expert in Biodiversity conservation and has worked at the Ministry of the Environment for several years. She helped to design the creation of the System of Protected Areas in Madagascar (SAPM), and has initiated the new Act of Protected Areas (COAP) in Madagascar.
Fitzgerald
AdministratorWinifred Fitzgerald is currently Senior Advisor, External Relations, in the Ambatovy Sustainable Development Division. She was National Representative of the Better U Foundation and Executive Director of the Harvard Center for Population and Development Studies. She had previously worked for Catholic Relief Services in Egypt and Cameroon (Central Africa Office) and for the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Benin. She is board member of the American Chamber of Commerce (Amcham) and the Canadian Chamber of Commerce and Cooperation (Cancham).
